About People Analytics

Wharton People Analytics is a new interdisciplinary initiative at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School that aims to use data to advance how organizations make decisions about people, and how people within organizations make decisions. Wharton People Analytics uses innovative methods to identify how to encourage behavior change and improve organizational outcomes in business, education, non-profits, and government.

This initiative is co-directed by five Wharton/Penn faculty with deep expertise in management, decision science, and behavior change: Matthew Bidwell (Management), Angela Duckworth (Psychology), Adam Grant (Management), Cade Massey (Operations, Information, and Decisions), Katherine Milkman (Operations, Information, and Decisions).
