Zeit is a second year MBA student at Wharton. Prior to Wharton, he worked as an Analytics Consultant at Accenture where he helped technology clients uncover insights in their data. He spent the summer working in product management at Duolingo. Zeit graduated from Princeton University with a BSE in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.

Tyler Caldwell

Conference Chair

Tyler is a second year MBA student at Wharton. Prior to Wharton, he was an officer and MV-22 Osprey pilot in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he was the director of squadron operations and an advanced flight instructor. He spent the summer working in management consulting at McKinsey & Company. Tyler graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS in Computer Engineering.

Alexa Fishman

Alexa is a second year MBA student at Wharton. Prior to Wharton, she worked as a consultant in IBM’s Internal Strategy practice, where she supported IBM executives globally through project work related to business strategy, operational and process transformations, and organizational change management. She spent the summer working in talent operations, organizational design and strategy at Wayfair. Alexa graduated from Harvard College with a BA in Psychology.

Laura Kim

Vice Chair, Communications

Laura is a second year MBA student at Wharton. Prior to Wharton, she worked as a management consultant in Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations practice, focused primarily on consumer products and hospitality clients. She spent the summer working in product management at Adobe. Laura graduated from Harvard College with a BA in Psychology.

The Wharton People Analytics conference is driven by a team of students, faculty, and staff, collaborating beyond the classroom walls. As a result, the conference benefits from the full breadth of our collective perspectives and skills.
