What is included in the cost of my registration?

A:

Conference tickets provide access to conversations with industry leaders and networking opportunities with leading people analytics practitioners. A research competition, case competition, and startup competition showcasing cutting-edge people analytics challenges are also included with ticket purchases. Conference attendees will be provided breakfast and lunch as well as a cocktail reception on Thursday, March 22. Attendees are responsible for covering all other expenses, including air travel, ground transportation, and lodging.

Are there any discounted tickets available?

A:

A limited number of discounted tickets priced specifically for students, academics, and non-profits are available for purchase. For more information, please email us at info@peopleanalyticsconference.com. Discounted tickets are also available for groups of three or more directly on the registration page here.

Can I purchase a ticket to attend only one day or part of the conference at a discounted rate?

Tickets are only available for purchase for the full, two-day conference.

What is the refund policy for tickets?

I can no longer attend Wharton People Analytics Conference this year. Is there any way to transfer my ticket to another person?

Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person by emailing info@peopleanalyticsconference.com.

I’m not sure whether I can attend the conference yet. Can I reserve a ticket to hold my spot?

Unfortunately, ticket reservations are not permitted for this conference.

Where should I book my hotel for the conference?

A:

To book from our block of hotel rooms at the Hyatt at the Bellevue, click here. Room blocks are limited so we recommend booking early. Philadelphia also has many hotel and lodging options within the Center City area that are walking distance from the conference venue.

Where is the closest airport?

A:

Philadelphia International Airport is located less than 10 miles from the conference venue.

Q:

Should I rent a car for the conference?

A:

A rental car is not necessary for the conference as the Hyatt at the Bellevue is very accessible from the airport and the surrounding Center City area by taxi, rideshare, or train. However, if you require a rental car for the weekend, the Hyatt at the Bellevue has a parking garage for guests (PARKWAY Bellevue Garage). Rates are $35/night for self-parking and $45/night valet for guests.
