Dena Gromet is the Research Director of Wharton People Analytics. Her research has focused on how contextual and personal factors affect people’s attitudes and behaviors across a range of domains, including their adoption of energy-saving measures and their responses to harms and injustices. Her work has been published in a number of peer-reviewed journals and book chapters.
Dena received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and her Ph.D. in Psychology from Princeton University. She also was a Summer Associate at the Rand Corporation, and a Postdoctoral Fellow for the MacArthur Foundation Law and Neuroscience Project and the Wharton Risk Management and Decision Processes Center.
