The University of Pennsylvania’s Division of Human Resources has partnered with Wharton People Analytics to explore the impact of the Great Resignation/Migration on their own community.

Finalists & Winners

Finalists will be invited to present their submissions virtually to a panel of experts from industry, academia, and University of Pennsylvania leadership.

Winning submissions will be awarded $10,000 for 1st place, $8,500 for 2nd place, and $6,500 for 3rd place, as well as complimentary tickets for the 2023 Future of Work / People Analytics Conference
