Wharton People Analytics hosted the 11th annual People Analytics Conference on March 14-15, 2024.
We explored the latest advances and questions in people analytics, including AI and human teaming, neurodiversity in the workplace, new research on hybrid and remote work, and the advancement of frontline workers.
