Startup Competition showcased cutting-edge startups working in the field of people analytics on topics ranging from increasing diversity amongst applicants to gender pay equity. In these presentations, the finalists pitch their businesses to a panel of judges with the hopes of winning the prize for top company.
Case Competition, participants were invited to analyze data from Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) in order to recommend ideal caseloads for its nurses with the objective of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of its Nurse Home Visitors program. In these presentations, the competition finalists present their proposed solutions.
