Startup Competition showcased cutting-edge startups working in the field of people analytics on topics ranging from increasing diversity amongst applicants to gender pay equity. In these presentations, the finalists pitch their businesses to a panel of judges with the hopes of winning the prize for top company.
Case Competition, participants were invited to analyze data from Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) in order to recommend ideal caseloads for its nurses with the objective of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of its Nurse Home Visitors program.
